One of the main characteristics of Miklós Radnóti's work, who possessed profound intellect and brilliant talent, is his refusal to remain silent against the cruelties of fascism and his courageous stance as a poet-citizen. Unable to tolerate the deaths of world-renowned literary figures like Gabriel García Lorca and John Cornford (often referred to as John Lav in some contexts), he penned rebellious poems about them. Most importantly, the horrors committed against his own people became one of the main themes of his poetry.

BAKHTIYAR VAHABZADEH - "THE SWORD THAT CUTS OURSELVES"
