THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION EXPANDS CULTURAL TIES WITH THE POLAND

The President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, during the official visit to Poland, met with the Vice Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland Mr. Michał Kamiński. During the meeting, issues related to the development of cultural relations between the Turkic world and Poland, the implementation of joint projects, and the preservation of cultural heritage were discussed.
Mrs. Raimkulova provided information about the Foundation’s efforts in preserving and promoting the cultural and historical heritage of the Turkic world and the potential for cooperation with Poland in this regard. She emphasized the importance of joint initiatives in preserving and studying the cultural heritage of Turkic-origin communities in Poland, such as Tatars and Karaims.
Senate Vice Marshal Mr. Kamiński highlighted Poland’s commitment to the preservation of its historical and cultural heritage, noting the significance of developing cultural exchanges with the Turkic world.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Poland Mrs. Nargiz Gurbanova, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Poland Mr. Alim Kirabayev.
The meeting continued with discussions on other matters of mutual interest.
