The Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation welcomes the signing of the Joint Declaration between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia in Washington. This historic document marks a significant step towards lasting peace, mutual trust, and long-term cooperation for a stable and prosperous future for the region.
