On the Progress of the Selection Process for the Position of Research Expert at the
Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation from the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Paragraph 4 of Rule VI of the Regulations for the Staff of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, a competitive selection process is being conducted to fill the vacant position of Research Expert.

Within the framework of the announced competition, the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic officially nominated three candidates by its letter No. 01-2-6/10440 dated September 15, 2026:

• Nusubaly Zhakypbekov;
• Uran Mairambek Uulu;
• Urmat Kanybekov.

Following the review of the submitted candidacies, the assessment of their compliance with the established qualification requirements, and the evaluation of the results of the written examination conducted online, the Foundation’s Selection Committee decided to invite Uran Mairambek Uulu to the next stage of the selection process – an in-person interview.

On October 16, 2026, the corresponding official notification inviting the candidate to an in-person interview was sent through diplomatic channels to the Ministry of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The selection process is ongoing in accordance with the established rules and procedures of the Foundation, ensuring the principles of objectivity, transparency, and equal treatment of all candidates.

Further information on the results of the selection process will be communicated in due course.
