COMMON CULTURAL DIPLOMACY GOALS OF THE TURKIC WORLD DISCUSSED IN PARIS: IMPORTANT MEETING HELD BETWEEN THE PRESIDENT OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND THE PERMANENT DELEGATES OF THE TURKIC STATES TO UNESCO

On June 1, 2026, within the framework of the working visit of the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, to Paris (France), a meeting was held with the Permanent Delegates of the Turkic States to UNESCO.

During the meeting, the participants reviewed the outcomes of large-scale cultural, academic, and humanitarian initiatives implemented by the Foundation in cooperation with the Permanent Delegations of the Turkic States to UNESCO in Paris and on the international stage over recent years. It was noted that the comprehensive diplomatic support provided by the Permanent Delegations has played an exceptional role in the successful implementation of the Foundation’s global projects.

The parties particularly emphasized the effectiveness of their joint efforts aimed at safeguarding the common Turkic heritage and promoting it appropriately within the international community.

It was noted that, within the framework of the Foundation’s official strategic plans approved for the current year, a series of events is envisaged to draw the attention of the international community to the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples.

In this context, an agreement was reached to expand cooperation with partner cultural centers and institutions operating in Paris, as well as to make more effective use of international platforms.

The meeting concluded with the identification of future joint projects and strategic steps for further cooperation.
