THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION EXPANDS HORIZONS OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION: MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNED WITH THE CENTER FOR ISLAMIC CIVILIZATION

On April 10, 2026, in Tashkent, within the framework of an international scientific conference dedicated to the legacy of Amir Timur, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and the Center for Islamic Civilization, established on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The document was signed by President of the Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, and Director of the Center for Islamic Civilization, Mr. Firdavs Abdukhalikov.

The Memorandum aims to strengthen cooperation in promoting and popularizing the cultural heritage of the Turkic world and Islamic civilization on the international stage.

The parties agreed to implement joint projects, including organizing cultural and scientific events, exhibitions, and forums, as well as developing educational programs and research initiatives.

The document also provides for the preparation and publication of joint works, expansion of knowledge and experience exchange, and the implementation of other areas of cooperation of mutual interest.
