A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION SIGNED BETWEEN THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND KHOJA AHMED YASAWI INTERNATIONAL KAZAKH-TURKISH UNIVERSITY

On May 15, 2025, as part of the official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, visited the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University, located in the city of Turkistan.
During the visit, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova held a meeting with the Rector of the University, Mrs. Janar Temirbekova. The parties discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation in the fields of academic research, preservation and promotion of Turkic spiritual and cultural heritage, and the training of specialists in history, Turkology, and cultural diplomacy.
Special attention was given to issues of academic and student exchange, as well as the implementation of joint projects aimed at promoting the material and spiritual values of Turkic peoples.
As part of the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and Khoja Ahmed Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. The document outlines the strengthening of partnership ties, support for research and educational activities, and the joint implementation of initiatives to promote cultural unity across the Turkic World.
Both parties expressed confidence that the signing of the Memorandum marks an important step toward strengthening spiritual connections and expanding collaboration between institutions of the Turkic World. The agreement also opens new horizons for cooperation in preserving and promoting the rich historical and cultural heritage of Turkic peoples at both national and international levels.
