On June 19, 2026, plenary sessions continued within the framework of the 40th Anniversary Issyk-Kul International Forum named after Chingiz Aitmatov, held in the Kyrgyz Republic. Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, delivered an address at one of the plenary sessions.
In her speech, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova noted that the Issyk-Kul Forum is one of the most prestigious intellectual platforms in the Eurasian region, bringing together statesmen, scholars, diplomats, cultural figures, and international experts to discuss the most pressing issues of our time.
The President of the Foundation emphasized the special symbolism of this year’s Forum being dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Kyrgyz writer, thinker, and humanist Chingiz Aitmatov.
