MEDIA AND CULTURAL HERITAGE DIALOGUE IN SHUSHA: PRESIDENT OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION PARTICIPATES IN THE 4TH SHUSHA GLOBAL MEDIA FORUM

On July 13, 2026, the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum commenced in the city of Shusha with the participation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

This year’s Forum, held under the theme “The Mission of Media in Promoting Peace: Restoring Truth and Rebuilding Trust", serves as an important international platform for discussing the pressing challenges facing today’s global information landscape.

The Forum brings together approximately 160 media professionals, experts, and government officials from 54 countries. The event is attended by around 30 international news agencies, more than 60 leading media organizations, as well as nearly 10 international organizations and companies.

The Forum is also attended by Professor Aktoty Raimkulova, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation.

The Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, which consistently implements initiatives aimed at preserving, restoring, and promoting the shared cultural heritage of the Turkic world at the international level, firmly regards cultural heritage as a vital foundation for fostering peace, mutual understanding, and sustainable development.
