THE PRESENTATION CEREMONY OF THE BOOK “OUR MAGZHAN”, PUBLISHED BY THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION HELD WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE 11TH BAKU INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR

Within the framework of the 11th Baku International Book Fair, the presentation ceremony of the book “Our Magzhan”, published by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, was held at the Baku Expo Center.

In her opening remarks, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, described “Our Magzhan” as a valuable cultural project reflecting the literary and spiritual unity of the Turkic world. Mrs. Raimkulova emphasized that the book prepared by the Foundation not only conveys Magzhan’s ideas of freedom, love for the homeland, and national awakening to modern readers but also contributes to the preservation of the common literary memory and its transmission to future generations.

The event also featured speeches by Director of the Atatürk Center in Azerbaijan Nizami Jafarov, expert on Kazakh literature Professor Nizami Taghisoy, and poet and expert of the Parliamentary Committee on Culture Akbar Goshali. The speakers discussed the scientific and literary significance of the work, noting that the book “Our Magzhan” is a valuable source not only for the study of Magzhan Zhumabayev’s poetic heritage but also for understanding the impact of his ideas on the modern thought of the Turkic world. They emphasized that the publishing activities carried out by the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation in this field represent an important step toward strengthening spiritual ties among Turkic peoples.

It should be noted that the publication was prepared as a collection of 7 languages ​​and includes articles, poems and research materials about the life, work of Magzhan Zhumabayev and his role in the spiritual unity of the Turkic world.

The aim of the project is to bring Turkic peoples even closer together through literature and art.

At the end of the event, copies of “Our Magzhan” were presented to the participants, and a group photo was taken.
