ARMAN NURMUKHAMATULY, BEST PRODUCER OF UZBEK CULTURE ABROAD

The Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation extends its heartfelt congratulations to Arman Nurmukhametuly, a representative of the international organization TURKSOY and a prominent cultural figure, on being selected as the winner in the nomination “Best Producer of Uzbek Culture Abroad”, established by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
