HIKMET HAJIYEV MET WITH AKTOTI RAIMKULOVA, PRESIDENT OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION
Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev met with the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Aktoti Raimkulova
On December 13, 2023, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of Foreign Policy Affairs of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev met with the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Aktoti Raimkulova.
At the meeting, Hikmet Hajiyev congratulated Aktoti Raimkulova on her appointment as the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation by the Heads of Turkic States. He spoke about the importance of strengthening the comprehensive integration processes of the Turkic peoples in the modern era and emphasized the role of the organization in the development of cultural relations of the Turkic states.
At the meeting, the President of the Foundation Aktoti Raimkulova assessed the liberation of Karabakh from occupation as an event of historical importance for Azerbaijan and the Turkic World as a whole. Among the significant anniversaries solemnly celebrated in the Turkic World this year, the head of the organization drew attention to the 100th anniversary of the founder of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, Great Leader Heydar Aliyev.
Aktoty Raimkulova emphasized the exceptional role of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, in establishing the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and supporting the organization's activities from the first years of its establishment. He emphasized the Foundation's readiness to contribute to the reconstruction and restoration process in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, as well as to implement new strategic directions in the organization's further activities based on the country's proposals.
The meeting continued with an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
