DELEGATION OF MANGYSTAU REGION VISITED THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION

On February 5, 2026, a delegation from the Mangystau region of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the headquarters of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation. As part of the visit, a meeting was held between the President of the Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, and the members of the delegation.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the current state of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the countries of the Turkic world, opportunities for expanding the mutual exchange of experience, as well as the implementation of joint initiatives in the field of preservation and promotion of cultural heritage.

The guests highly praised the Foundation's projects aimed at the preservation, research, and international promotion of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world, emphasizing that these initiatives make an important contribution to strengthening mutual understanding and cultural solidarity between peoples.

At the meeting, which was held in a warm and constructive atmosphere, issues of mutual interest were discussed, prospects for further cooperation were reviewed, and the importance of continuing contacts in the future was emphasized.

The delegation included: Berik Bilalov, Chairman of the Munaily District Maslikhat; Meruyet Omarova, Deputy of the Beyneu District Maslikhat; Abzal Marat, Deputy of the Mangystau Regional Maslikhat, Chairman of "Zhastar Rukhy"; Tilegen Alibekov, Deputy of the Munaily District Maslikhat, Manager of "MAA" MCC LLP; Askar Nogayev, Deputy of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat, "Ozenmunaigas" JSC, OGPD No. 3, Deputy Head of the 13th oil and gas production shop; Mukash Oralbay, Head of the Youth Policy Department of the Mangystau Region; Sultangaliyev Yerkebulan, Workshop Manager of the Mangystau Higher Polytechnic College, specialist in the implementation of the "Libsystem.kz" digital library system in educational organizations; Salamat Makhanbetov, Adjuster of automation systems for the production management of the "Shagyrly-Shomishty" branch of "KazAzot" JSC; Merey Bekezhan, Director of the "Zhetybay" Children's School of Arts named after Oskenbay Kalmanbetuly; Gulmaisa Shanbayeva, Specialist-organizer of the Apparatus of the Mangystau Regional Maslikhat.

An excursion to the Foundation's museum and library was organized for the guests, where they were given the opportunity to get acquainted with rare exhibits, publications, and archival materials reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world.
