PRESIDENT OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION MRS. AKTOTY RAIMKULOVA PARTICIPATED IN THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE ISESCO REGIONAL OFFICE IN AZERBAIJAN

The President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova took part in the official inauguration ceremony of the new regional office of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in Baku.

The ceremony was attended by the Head of the ISESCO Baku Office, Mr. Abdulhakim AlSenan, who warmly welcomed the distinguished guests, including Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Head of the Baku Media Center Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva.

Other notable attendees included Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Anar Alakbarov, Minister of Culture Mr. Adil Karimli, Director General of ISESCO Dr. Salim AlMalik, Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Emin Amrullayev, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Mr. Isa Habibbayli, as well as the ambassadors of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan to Azerbaijan, prominent Azerbaijani public and political figures.

According to the organizers, the new office will cover Azerbaijan and the Central Asian member states of ISESCO, while also supporting the development of other countries in the region by fostering cooperation and a shared pursuit of excellence in education, science, and culture.

The opening of the office is a significant event for the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation as well, as ISESCO is considered a key partner in future strategic cooperation aimed at preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world.
