A MEETING WAS HELD AT THE HEADQUARTERS OF THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION BETWEEN THE PRESIDENT OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE RECTOR OF THE KHOJA AKHMET YASSAWI INTERNATIONAL KAZAKH-TURKISH UNIVERSITY
On February 5, 2026, the Rector of the Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University (Kazakhstan), Mrs. Zhanar Temirbekova, visited the headquarters of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and met with the President of the organization, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova.
The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss potential joint initiatives aimed at expanding cooperation in higher education and scientific-humanitarian activities, in particular the training of young Turkologists grounded in established educational traditions, as well as supporting their professional development.
The parties exchanged views on the scientific study of the shared historical and cultural heritage of the Turkic world, strengthening human resource capacity in this field, and the importance of academic exchange programs.
During the meeting, special attention was given to opportunities for advancing Turkological research through the organization of joint educational and internship programs for students and young researchers, the holding of scientific seminars and summer schools, and the implementation of collaborative projects.
In conclusion, the sides emphasized the importance of further deepening cooperation in areas of mutual interest and expressed their readiness to continue institutional collaboration.
