A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNED BETWEEN THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND LEADING INSTITUTIONS OF KAZAKHSTAN

On March 3, 2026, in the city of Astana, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and leading scientific, innovation and technological institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan – National Information Technologies Joint-Stock Company (NITEC JSC), Astana International University and Astana HUB.

The Memorandum was signed by the President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova; the President of Astana International University, Dr. Serik Irsaliyev; the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of NITEC JSC for e-Government Development, Shynghys Orazalimov; and the Advisor to the CEO of Astana HUB, Mr. Ilyas Makashev.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties will explore opportunities to expand cooperation in the fields of education, innovation and technology, as well as to implement joint initiatives aimed at the research, preservation and promotion of the rich cultural heritage of the Turkic world.

The signed Memorandum is of great importance for bringing together the technological and cultural potential of the Turkic world and for further strengthening institutional cooperation between the parties.
