COOPERATION BETWEEN THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND AL-FARABI KAZAKH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY EXPANDS

On March 5, 2026, President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova met with the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Mr. Zhanseit Tuimebayev. The parties discussed issues related to strengthening cultural ties.

President of the Foundation, Professor Aktoty Raimkulova provided information about the Foundation’s projects aimed at preserving and promoting Turkic culture and heritage.

During the meeting, Rector Mr. Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted that the university attaches great importance to strengthening international cultural relations, as well as supporting scientific research and cultural projects.

Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to hold a joint international conference, symposium, and round table at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

It should be noted that in 2024 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
