A MEMORANDUM SIGNED BETWEEN THE TURKIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND “AZERBAIJAN TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING” CJSC

On October 28, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation and “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting” CJSC. The document was signed by the President of the Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, and the Chairman of the CJSC, Mr. Rovshan Mammadov.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to expand mutual cooperation in the protection, promotion, and international recognition of the cultural heritage and spiritual values of the Turkic world.

Within the framework of cooperation, the preparation of joint television projects and documentaries, the broadcasting of relevant programs and shows, as well as the creation of educational content about the cultural heritage of Turkic peoples are planned.

President of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Aktoty Raimkulova, emphasized that the signed Memorandum is an important step toward strengthening the cultural unity of the Turkic world and conveying its shared heritage to the international community. She expressed confidence that the projects to be implemented jointly with Azerbaijan Television will reflect the richness of Turkic culture and serve as a spiritual bridge for future generations.
